Share Chat Account Banned Without Explanation

I am a ShareChat user on an Android device and my account linked to the email address reddysiva***[email protected] was banned about two days ago. The ban notice only stated that there was a violation, but I did not receive any clear or detailed explanation about what exact rule I supposedly broke. The ban appears to have happened right after I restarted my phone, and I was not involved in any intentional misuse or harmful activity on the platform. I respectfully request that my ShareChat account be reviewed again and that the ban be removed so I can continue using the service. I am ready to follow all community guidelines carefully and not repeat any violation, including anything that may have happened unknowingly.
