I Suffered Severe Food Poisoning From Undercooked Meat at Shake Shack Akasya

On July 19, 2026, I experienced a severe health issue due to an undercooked Big Shack burger I ate at the Shake Shack branch in Akasya Shopping Center. Shortly after noticing that the inside of the burger was not fully cooked, I developed severe diarrhea lasting nearly 12 hours, indicating an intestinal infection. This condition negatively impacted my daily life and caused significant distress.

I completed my payment of $55 using a credit card. Since this issue involves food safety and hygiene, I demand that this branch be audited for food safety and cooking standards, that necessary inspections be conducted, and that measures be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Furthermore, I request an official explanation regarding this matter and appropriate compensation for the hardship I endured.
