I Bought a Seresto Collar but Never Received It—No Delivery, No Response, No Refund
I ordered a Seresto Flea and Tick Collar but still haven’t received it—it's been three days, and there's absolutely no update from the seller. I’ve reached out multiple times to the contact number provided, which appears to be a foreign number, but none of my messages have been answered. There has been zero communication, zero transparency, and zero responsibility taken.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve tried initiating a return due to the non-delivery, yet no one has gotten back to me about that either. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers like this, especially when pet health is on the line and we rely on timely delivery.
I will continue to document and share updates regarding this issue. At this point, I demand either the immediate shipment of my order or a full refund without further delays. This kind of service completely erodes trust in the brand and the seller. Please resolve this promptly.
