Bayer Seresto Flea Collar Ineffective – My Dog Still Gets Fleas After Every Walk

I purchased the Bayer Seresto flea collar for my dog, spending ₺2000, expecting it to work as advertised. However, the collar has been completely ineffective. Every time we return from a walk, my dog still has fleas, without fail. A product at this price point should not be this useless.

I trusted the brand, but now I deeply regret it. We deserve an explanation and, more importantly, a solution to this problem. This has caused us a lot of frustration and inconvenience. Bayer, please address this issue as soon as possible!
