I purchased the Seresto® Flea and Tick Collar - 8 Month Protection for my dog this season expecting the same results I had last year. Back then, the collar started working within two days and kept our dog pest-free for the full 8 months as advertised. That’s why we trusted the brand and bought it again this year in mid-May.
However, this time, the collar has done absolutely nothing. It’s now mid-June, and my dog still has fleas—there has been no noticeable reduction whatsoever. Either the collar was ineffective from the start, or it was made with expired or degraded ingredients. The package says it’s valid until 2027, but clearly, something is wrong with this batch.
I strongly suspect I received a faulty or outdated product. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the premium price and our previous satisfaction. Seresto needs to look into this issue and offer a proper solution—either a replacement with a working product or a full refund. I’m not willing to let this go unresolved, and I expect immediate action from the company.
