Sephora Black Friday Promotion Failed, and Customer Service Gave Misleading Response

I am writing to report a problem I experienced with Sephora Turkey during the Black Friday campaign and the way my complaint was handled afterwards. During Black Friday, I purchased Sephora Turkey and successfully used the 50% promotion on my first order. On November 30th, the last day of the campaign, I tried to place another order using the same promotion for the Kayali Vanilla mini duo perfume set and the Kayali Yummy Kiss set. However, the discount was not applied, and I could not complete the purchase despite several attempts. On November 30th, I contacted customer service via both email and phone using my email address, haykom_giz**@hotmail.com. I was told that “other customers are using the promotion with no issues” and that there was no problem on my side. This response was dismissive and misleading, because my problem was treated as if it did not exist, and I was made to feel as though I was at fault. After I filed a complaint, Sephora later admitted there had been a technical issue and offered me a one-week discount code as compensation. However, during the entire validity period of this code, the products I wanted never came back in stock. I informed Sephora about this before the code expired, but I was simply told that there was nothing they could do and that I could buy another product instead. In practice, the “compensation” they offered was unusable, as I could not purchase the items I had originally tried to buy during Black Friday. Because of a technical error on Sephora’s side, I was unable to benefit from the Black Friday promotion. I was initially given incorrect and dismissive information, and the later solution did not actually resolve my loss or experience. I no longer want another coupon. I am requesting a different and proper form of compensation that genuinely addresses the fact that I was prevented from using the Black Friday offer, misinformed, and left without any meaningful resolution, despite Sephora acknowledging the issue.
