Sephora 2-Hour In-Store Pickup Delay – Order Still Not Ready After 2 Days

I placed an order for in-store pickup at the Mall of Istanbul Sephora location on Saturday, trusting their 2-hour ready guarantee. I traveled from Beylikdüzü to the store, only to be told that I couldn’t pick it up without a code sent via email. Despite the product being in stock, I waited 5 hours, but no code arrived. When I asked if it would come soon, I received a dismissive response.

I’ve reached out via email, called customer service, and tried to contact the Mall of Istanbul location directly, but no one has responded. If a brand can’t uphold its 2-hour guarantee and still hasn’t resolved it after two days, it raises serious trust issues. Please expedite my order or provide a proper resolution.
