Sephora Neither Cancels, Nor Refunds, and Worse Doesn't Ship Our Orders!!!
During the November discounts, my friend and I placed an order at Sephora in Zorlu Center. The app showed we could pick up our order after 12 PM the next day, and even received an SMS confirming the same. Despite this assurance, when we went a few days later, they turned us away, stating that our order hadn't been prepared due to high demand. We made the trip for nothing... waiting a few more weeks, decided to contact customer service. They acknowledged the issue, citing a backlog, and assured us they would address it. However, two weeks passed,and again we contacted Sephora customer service, they repeated the promise but took no action. Frustratingly, even after a month, our order hasn't arrived, and no solution has been provided. When I tried to cancel the order, they claimed it was already approved, and cancellation was not possible. This entire experience has been disheartening, and the lack of a refund has left me with no choice but to actively pursue my order. Regrettably, due to this ordeal, I have no intention of making any online orders with Sephora in the future.
