I Demand Restoration of Deleted Sephora Points

I would like to report an issue regarding the points on my Sephora card. On April 6, I made a purchase of approximately $176 using my card numbered 9001 033 655 589. Before this purchase, I had accumulated points on my card. However, after completing the transaction, I noticed that all my points had suddenly been removed.

I have not made any returns, cancellations, or violations that would justify the removal of my points, and I cannot find any explanation for why they were deleted. I have not yet contacted store staff or customer service, as I wanted to first report the issue here.

I request that the points I earned be fully restored to my card and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation as to why my points were removed after my purchase.
