I Lost Sephora Points Suddenly and Cannot See My Rewards
I have been experiencing an issue with my Sephora online account points throughout April, especially in the last 10 days. My points have been fluctuating, decreasing, and eventually dropped to zero. There is no explanation in the system as to why my points were reduced or deleted.
On April 1 and April 2, I placed two high-value online orders. However, the points that should have been earned from these purchases are not reflected in my account. Currently, I only see 1,800 points from my most recent order. My Sephora card number is 9001 076 071346, and all transactions were made through this account.
I request a full investigation into why my points were reset and why the points from my recent orders were not credited. I also demand that all missing or deleted points be fully restored to my account and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this issue.
