Sensodyne Won’t Accept Expired Stock Leaving Me with Losses

I am a former distributor of Sensodyne toothpaste, Iodex, and Brush with HUL. I currently have expired stock stored in the warehouse, but the new distributor has not agreed to take it back. I am reaching out to ask how the company plans to support its partners or former partners in situations like this. Who is responsible for expired stock in such cases? I am facing a potential loss of around 20,000-30,000. Please assist in finding a solution to this issue.
