I purchased Sensodyne Total Care toothpaste from the market, and when I used it, I experienced gum sensitivity and bleeding. After realizing that the product was damaging my gums, about 4–5 days ago I purchased Sensodyne Repair & Protect instead. However, this one also had an extremely bitter taste, making it unusable. I never had such issues with these products before. I will be attaching photos of the batch number and expiration date. I believe these items may be defective, which has caused me harm.
Sensodyne has become one of the most expensive toothpastes on the market. Even though I could have chosen another brand, I paid a high price and still trusted Sensodyne. But now, I’m beginning to wonder: Is Sensodyne selling defective products? Are they failing to check the quality of what they put on the shelves?
I want to know why these two products have harmed my gums and why one has such an unpleasant, spoiled taste. I also request that Sensodyne send me safe replacements that do not damage my gums and do not have this bad taste. As one of the most well-known toothpaste brands in the country, I hope Sensodyne has not let quality drop along with its recent price hikes.
