I own a Segway F3 Pro scooter, and for the past 10 days I have been trying to schedule a maintenance and repair appointment through the official online system for the Antalya authorized service center. Despite multiple attempts, the system repeatedly shows errors and does not allow me to create a booking.
My scooter is still under warranty, and it needs urgent repair after a recent accident. However, I have been unable to receive any assistance. I also tried reaching out to customer service, but I could not get through to anyone, and no support has been provided. No one has requested payment either, which leaves me stuck in the middle with no progress on the repair process.
It is unacceptable that a global brand like Segway cannot provide a functional service booking system or proper customer support. A warranty product should not be left unrepaired simply because of technical issues or lack of communication.
I demand that Segway immediately contact me, resolve the technical issues preventing me from booking a repair, and begin the repair process for my scooter without further delay.
