I recently purchased Sebamed Anti Hair Loss Shampoo from an online store in Gurgaon and used it for the first time on 29 December 2025. Just two seconds after applying it to my hair, I felt an intense burning sensation, followed by red patches, irritation and a strong discomfort on my skin. I am extremely disappointed and deeply concerned that a product marketed for hair care and anti hair fall has caused such an immediate and harsh reaction. This experience has shaken my trust in the brand, and I do not consider such a reaction acceptable for a consumer product. I have started taking Allegra to manage the reaction and will seek medical help as needed, which may also lead to further medical expenses. I request that Sebamed conduct a thorough investigation into this product and the specific batch I received, provide full coverage of any medical expenses arising from this reaction, and issue a complete refund for the shampoo. I am ready to share my invoice and any additional details or medical reports if required. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, as consumer health and safety should be a priority.
