On June 22, 2025, I purchased and used the Sebamed Anti-Hairloss Shampoo, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality and safety. Unfortunately, shortly after my first use, I experienced a severe allergic reaction. Redness, itching, and a burning sensation appeared extensively on my neck, shoulders, and back—every area where the shampoo came into contact with my skin.

This reaction was extremely distressing both physically and emotionally. I documented the symptoms with photographs and suspect that an ingredient in the shampoo triggered this sensitivity. I believe Sebamed should display clearer warnings on its product labels to prevent such harmful reactions in users with sensitive skin.

This incident has negatively impacted my health and peace of mind. I request a detailed explanation regarding the product's ingredients and safety standards. I also expect Sebamed to take responsibility for this health issue and clarify whether the product is safe for people with skin sensitivities.
