Seat Ateca Vent Grilles Keep Falling – Inconsistent Service Response for Known Issue

My Seat Ateca has a recurring issue with the vent grilles falling out, a problem I’ve seen reported by many other users. Some customers receive approval for replacements, while others are denied without clear reasoning. It’s unclear what criteria Seat uses to determine eligibility, or why this is deemed a user fault in some cases. How are we expected to use these vents to avoid such problems?
This defect is clearly an inherent flaw, yet Seat seems to push the responsibility onto customers. I’ve submitted my complaint to the relevant authorities and will pursue legal action if a resolution isn’t provided. Seat, please address this issue transparently and offer a fair solution for all affected users.
