Skoda Scala Air Vent Knobs Detached After One Year and Not Covered by Warranty

I bought a new Skoda Scala in September 2023. After about a year of use, one of the air vent adjustment knobs, located at the center of the instrument panel, detached from the air vent flaps. Yesterday, the second knob detached as well. When the first issue occurred, I called three different Skoda service centers, and they all said the entire ventilation unit needed to be replaced, claiming the problem was caused by the customer and wouldn't be covered under warranty. Skoda Turkey also called me and offered a special discount for the part replacement, which I declined since the issue was not my fault. After checking online, I found that many people have been experiencing the same problem for years. Skoda is not taking responsibility for designing a reliable product, leaving customers dissatisfied. I will be pursuing legal action regarding this matter.
