I’ve had my 2023 Seat Ateca for less than a year, and already three AC vent buttons have broken. When I took it to the service center, they claimed the breaks were due to external force and refused to cover the repairs under warranty. After researching online, I found numerous similar complaints about these vents being fragile. It’s clear these parts aren’t sturdy, and I’m careful with my vehicle. I don’t have a habit of breaking AC buttons! I could easily fix this with glue, but I’m being given excuses instead of real support. I pay triple for maintenance to keep my warranty, yet Seat isn’t standing behind their product. If this issue isn’t addressed, I won’t be taking my car to the official service anymore. If the warranty doesn’t cover real problems, it’s just a sham.
