Scribd uploaded my document but it won’t display—how can I fix it?

First, make sure that your file meets Scribd's upload standards. Files in PDF, DOCX, or PPTX formats that are less than 100 MB usually work best.

If the file size is getting too big, change it to PDF before trying again.

Files that get stuck or open blank should be uploaded again and a different browser or private mode should be used.

You can also fix show problems by clearing your cache or turning off ad-blockers.

If you want other people to be able to see it, make sure you shared it through Scribd's website instead of the app and that the setting is set to "Public." Posts that are private won't show up in search results or on your page.

If the layout or fonts look bad, save a new PDF with the fixed fonts and send it. This helps Scribd show the text correctly.

If these fixes don't work, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
