Samsung's Missing Gift with S21 FE Purchase
I bought an S21 FE phone from Samsung's online store because the home page said that I would get a free pair of headphones with it. But when I got the phone, I noticed that the gift wasn't there. When I contacted the online store, they told me that I should have bought the headphones separately to get the deal. During the buying process, there was no warning or a clear sign that I had to choose the headphones. When I clicked on the section for promotions, I saw a small checkmark in the upper right corner. The phone came on July 17, and I decided to send it back and buy a new one so that I could get the deal. I was sad to find out that July 17th was also the last day of the promotion. Samsung's tricks make me feel like I've been tricked. If they offer a gift, you shouldn't have to do anything extra to get it. This has made me think twice about how much I trust Samsung. Thank you, Samsung, for making me like your products more than I used to. "Once bitten, twice shy" is a famous English saying that means "once bitten, twice shy."
