In order to benefit from the Young Technology Support Program of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Although the phone should have both IMEIs, they added a single IMEI to the invoice. When I contacted Samsung before ordering the phone, they told me that both IMEIs would be recorded on the invoice. They said that if there was a problem, they would help in any way they could. When I ask them to issue the invoice again, they say they cannot issue it. When I say I will return the phone, they state that I will not be able to benefit from Samsung's education discount until 180 days have passed. If you were going to put the students in such a difficult situation, if you had contacted us before ordering and stated that you would not be able to help, we would have not ordered and faced such a problem.
