Invoice Request for Newly Purchased Samsung Galaxy M34 5G
I bought the Galaxy M34 5G branded phone from the Shop Samsung application. In order to benefit from the Young Technology Support Program of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Although the phone should have both IMEIs, they added a single IMEI to the invoice. When I contacted Samsung before ordering the phone, they told me that both IMEIs would be recorded on the invoice. They said that if there was a problem, they would help in any way they could. When I ask them to issue the invoice again, they say they cannot issue it. When I say I will return the phone, they state that I will not be able to benefit from Samsung's education discount until 180 days have passed. If you were going to put the students in such a difficult situation, if you had contacted us before ordering and stated that you would not be able to help, we would have not ordered and faced such a problem. I would like to say this to friends who are considering buying a phone for student support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports through the Samsung app or website. I received a response regarding my complaint, but they still said they couldn't add the second IMEI to the invoice and couldn't help. If you are thinking of buying a phone, I recommend looking at other places and websites. I was aggrieved, don't let it happen to you.
