Samsung Galaxy M34 5G Tax Deduction Benefit Issue
I purchased a Galaxy M34 5G from the Samsung website to take advantage of the tax-free phone campaign for students. However, an unwanted addition called "screen protection insurance" was automatically included in my order, without my request. This has resulted in both the phone and the additional product being listed on my invoice, preventing me from benefiting from the tax deduction. Despite reaching out to the Samsung support team, they claim they cannot assist with removing the unwanted product from the invoice or issuing a separate invoice. While other online retailers can address such issues, it's disheartening that a reputable company like Samsung cannot provide a solution. Although they suggest returning the product, it's not a viable option as I won't be able to repurchase the same device with the student discount. Even if Samsung allows me to repurchase the device at the original price of ₺9499 after returning the product, my issue remains unresolved. I urge Samsung to address this grievance and find a satisfactory resolution to the problem at hand.
