Hello, I am a customer at the Samsung Shop in Turkey. Today marks the 12th day since the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47 mm Black went on sale. However, I'm still awaiting the shipment of my smartwatch from the Samsung shop in Turkey. Despite their repeated phone calls, their responses have been unclear and unhelpful. I'm left wondering if the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is being sold and shipped promptly in the United States. What steps should I take regarding Samsung Shop Turkey's service? Interestingly, other retailers are successfully delivering watches to their customers now. I appreciate any insights you can provide.
