Samsung Washing Machine Drum Knocking Problem

I bought a washing machine from Samsung Turkey. When the machine starts spinning, the drum of the machine rotates by making a zigzag pattern, with a thump. When I called the service, the service asked for a video, I sent it, it says that this is normal for Samsung machines, the drum is chronic, and if it comes back, there will be a service fee. How can I charge a service fee for a machine I bought brand new? My old machine is still there, there is no thumping or such a sound in the 10-year-old machine. If this drum rotates like this, can the bearing withstand this?
