Samsung UE50MU7000 TV Loses Satellite Signal and Channels After Update

I started experiencing major channel-related issues on my Samsung UE50MU7000 Ultra HD TV after a satellite transition. While there were no problems prior to the satellite transition, since the switch, I have been constantly getting warnings like "channels not showing / no signal, check your antenna cable connection." When I run a channel scan, many channels are found, and I can watch them without issue for one day, but the very next day none of the channels load.

I tried to resolve it myself by researching on YouTube, but the issue persists. I have been dealing with this situation since August 15. I also struggle to reach Samsung customer service; because I work during the week, I cannot take calls during business hours, and by the time I get home late in the evening, I cannot reach them, while support is unavailable on weekends anyway. They offer support via WhatsApp, but they do not write back or provide any follow-up.

I haven't called the official service center yet, but I hear from people around me with the same model and similar issues that the service team demands around $21 just to come and inspect it. I do not want to pay such a fee and am not considering calling a technician anyway; I believe this problem is a settings or software issue that can be resolved within a few minutes via a remote connection. Under current economic conditions, it is impossible for me to replace my TV.

I demand that Samsung resolve this channel and satellite settings problem permanently by connecting to my TV remotely, and that customer support becomes accessible and genuinely helpful during this process. I request that my grievance be resolved and my customer satisfaction restored.
