Samsung Neo QLED TKGS Scan Caused Missing Channels and Sound Problems

On August 16, 2026, I performed an automatic channel scan via TKGS on my Samsung 65" Neo QLED television due to a satellite setting change. Despite this scan, some channels do not appear at all, some appear incorrectly, some have no sound, and the volume level differs excessively from one channel to another. Because of these problems, I contacted Samsung customer service. During the call, the representative named Özge stated that she would forward the issue to another department. However, after about 15 minutes, no connection was established with any technical team and I did not receive any callback. At the time I am writing this complaint, approximately 35 minutes have passed since my call, and there is still no response, which I find unacceptable for a brand like Samsung in terms of after‑sales support and customer care. I expected Samsung to connect remotely to my television, identify the cause of the channel and sound problems after the TKGS scan, and adjust the necessary settings to resolve the issue. I request that this indifference be addressed, that my television’s channel and audio problems be resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly and promptly about the steps taken.
