Samsung TV Annual LED Problems and Costly Repairs

19

I've been having problems with my Samsung TV that I bought in 2020. Every year, the LED lights keep dimming. I had to replace the LED panel twice in 2021 and 2022, and it was quite expensive. So, now in October 2023, the same problem has come back, where the lower part of the screen is getting dim. It's really annoying when you buy a Samsung TV, which is a popular brand, and then have to replace the LED panel every year. It ends up costing a lot of money. To make things even worse, customer service hasn't done anything to help with this ongoing problem. I think buying a Samsung TV was a bad decision.
