Samsung TV Defect Complaint - Repeated Panel Failure

My Samsung BU7500 TV had to undergo a full panel replacement within just two years because of a row of dead pixels across the screen. Unfortunately, only a year later, the same issue came back along with dark spots on the LEDs. As soon as the warranty expired, the brand refused to provide any support. It’s been just 2 years and 4 months since I bought this television, and having to deal with one panel replacement and then another breakdown right after the warranty ended is incredibly frustrating.

2-Year Warranty on Samsung QLED TV Meant Nothing, We'll Have Straight Lines on the Screen Forever

"We have experienced how the quality of Samsung's top-tier screen product, which was promoted as high-end, has deteriorated in just 2.5 years. In a separate situation, while the same TV can currently be found on the market for just under 22,000 TL, they are asking for 18,000 TL + VAT just for a panel replacement, which is literally a joke."
