Samsung Store Refuses Return After Omitting Fridge Door Clearance Requirements

I purchased a Samsung RB50dg601ES9 refrigerator from the Tepe Nautilus Samsung store because the alcove in my home matched the exact dimensions listed on the refrigerator. Before making the purchase, I visited the store multiple times to check the measurements, measured the space in my home, and even removed my baseboards to make room. Seeing that the dimensions were suitable, I confidently chose this product.
My refrigerator was delivered today, August 20, 2026. The installation technicians arrived at the same time as the delivery crew. Since the refrigerator didn't fit in the elevator, the delivery driver was asked over the phone in front of the technicians, and after being told "you can unbox it," the box was opened and the product was brought up to the apartment. When placed into the alcove, it physically fitted the space. However, right as the technicians were about to start the installation, they informed me that the refrigerator was not suitable for this space, stating that extra side clearance is required or the doors won't open fully.
This critical detail was never communicated to me during the sale, even though I had visited the store repeatedly and specifically mentioned that my space was a tight fit and that I even had to remove my baseboards. I believe the sales staff should be responsible for informing customers that doors on newer models open this way and require extra wall clearance. When I called the store manager, I was told that because the box had been opened, there was nothing they could do, adding, "If you had told us there was a wall next to it, we would have warned you." As a consumer buying a refrigerator for only the second time in my life, compared to professionals making these sales every day, I believe guidance should come from them, not me. Had they at least acknowledged, "We should have mentioned that," I wouldn't feel so dismissed and frustrated.
Right now, my refrigerator sits unusable with its doors unattached. Reaching the Samsung call center is virtually impossible as I cannot get through to anyone on the phone. When I messaged them on WhatsApp, I was told that because I bought the item in-store, I had to resolve it with the store, and that a callback request could take several days due to high customer volume. Both Samsung as a brand and the Tepe Nautilus Samsung store have deeply disappointed me with their poor process management and lack of communication.
I demand a full return of this refrigerator purchased under advance delivery sales contract #13031 dated August 20, 2026, because the clearance requirements were not properly communicated during the sale. Considering that the doors have not been attached and the appliance has never been used, I request that my issue be resolved immediately.
