Samsung Sold Me a Faulty Air Conditioner and Installed It Dangerously




I bought a new air conditioner from Samsung, but the engine of the product turned out to be faulty, and the installation was done in an irregular and dangerous way. The technician seemed careless during the setup, and I was genuinely worried about the safety risks involved. I appealed to the Samsung authorities—issues like this do not reflect well on such a large company. After spending so much money, I expected reliable service and proper quality checks. I want those in charge to take control of this situation as soon as possible. Please help me.
