Samsung Smart TV Screen Detached

Guess what happened, friends? My spouse received the TV in the morning. I came home in the evening and what do I see? The side frames of the TV were glued to the screen, but this time the bottom long edge has come off! Well done, Samsung, they've done an excellent job beyond perfection! I want service again, and this time I requested a replacement, let's see what happens!

I bought a Samsung Smart TV two years ago, which you can see in the photo below. I noticed that the LCD panel had detached from both short sides and was tilting forward 45 days before the warranty period expired. The LCD screen had indeed separated from the TV along the frame. I called the authorized service, and they arrived to tell me that this TV needed to be completely disassembled and the glass reattached before being sent to the service. The television was turned back on today. I enquired with customer service about what would happen if the same thing happened after the warranty expired. When I wasn't home, they told my wife, "You're buying a TV with a two-year warranty, knowing the warranty period limitation." When the TV went out of service, I set up my Sony TV, which I purchased shortly after we married. My wife stated that we've had our Sony TV for 15 years and haven't even touched it; instead, we purchased a Smart TV because it doesn't have internet. They didn't say anything. These TVs, in my opinion, do not have screws; they are simply glued to the frame. When I reviewed the complaints, I noticed a pattern of similar cases. When the warranty expires, the company demands 3000 ₺ to glue the screen. My thought is, don't buy a Samsung TV. I will never choose this brand again. What does glass delamination mean? What does it mean to glue it? Two years ago, I paid 10,000 ₺ for a Samsung TV, and now they're gluing it!

My faulty television was replaced with a bigger and newer TV by Samsung. Thank you.
