Samsung Smart Tag+ Drains Battery
I purchased a Galaxy Smart Tag+ in Dark Blue with the model number EI-T7300BLEGWW on February 23, 2023. I had some problems, so on October 6, 2023, I reached out to Samsung and submitted a service request (tracking number 1WLJUZ2LKKC). I was surprised to find out today that SamsungShop gave me a 399 TL voucher that is valid for 6 months, without asking me beforehand. I don't want to accept this offer. Can I please get a new device, the latest model, or a refund for the current price without the voucher? If not, I'll have to take it to the Consumer Court.
