Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Screen Problem

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite S Pen that I purchased doesn't write on a specific area of the tablet. Earlier, there were dead pixels on the tablet, so I sent it for a warranty claim. A free screen replacement was done. However, upon receiving the tablet, I noticed the pen still didn't write in a particular section. I sent it back under warranty, providing a detailed description of the issue. I included videos showcasing the problem. The warranty team tested the device and claimed the issue was resolved, sending the tablet back. Nevertheless, the same problem persists in the same area. I discovered this issue is not unique to my tablet but is a common problem across several devices. I contacted customer service again, and although they assured me the device would not be returned until all problems were fixed (with recordings available), the problem remained unchanged, both before and after the warranty period. The Samsung Ankara/Red Crescent authorized service has caused significant inconvenience. I've been dealing with this matter for precisely 15 days, resulting in a financial loss of thousands of Turkish liras. I couldn't sell the device as planned, and it's disheartening to deceive potential buyers. I'm drained and have no energy left to persist. I hope this message serves as a cautionary tale for those reading it. I kindly request a replacement device or a refund. I won't accept further attempts to repair the device. If they could have fixed it, they would have done so initially. I can't afford to spend another 15 days waiting for shipping. This is my complaint. If the problem isn't rectified promptly, I'll be compelled to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, providing all the necessary documentation and recorded communications. Your immediate assistance is crucial. As a student, I've already been greatly inconvenienced. Please assist me urgently.
