Samsung Replaced My EB U3300 With a Different Model Under Warranty
The Samsung authorized service has caused me serious inconvenience. I sent my Samsung EB-U3300 power bank, which I purchased, to the service center under warranty. However, they sent me an EB-U2510 model power bank in return. Under warranty terms, either the exact same product or a proper equivalent must be provided. After researching, I realized that the product I received is not an equivalent model. I called customer service, and after four days, a representative named Ms. E** N**, who identified herself as an authorized official, told me that based on warehouse information, the replacement was considered equivalent and that there was nothing they could do. I am not only regretting being a long-time Samsung customer but also deeply dissatisfied with a brand that clearly does not value its customers, as well as with the attitude of Ms. E** N**. I demand that the exact same product I sent in be returned to me.
