Samsung TV Screen Issues and No Warranty Support
Hello, I bought a TV from an authorized Samsung dealer. Eventually, little dots began showing up on the TV screen. Because the product was still covered by warranty, I went to the authorized service center. They said that the problem was covered by the warranty and promised to replace the screen. But even after they replaced the screen, I still wasn't happy with how the TV was working, so I asked for a whole new one. I talked to Ms. E*** at Samsung's main office, but sadly, she didn't help me at all. I didn't know Samsung's service would be so disappointing. I really regret picking a Samsung TV. Although the product might be really good, the service doesn't meet what I expected, and the staff's service quality is not very good. I'll keep letting them know about the problem until they replace the TV, and I'm also thinking of posting about it on social media.
