Samsung QE65Q7F Panel Defect - Replacement Delay

About two weeks ago, I purchased a Samsung QE65Q7F5AUXTK smart TV from MediaMarkt’s Çekmeköy store in Istanbul. On the fourth day of use, the TV broke down, and the authorized service technician who came for inspection stated that there was a panel malfunction and that this was a manufacturing defect. I was informed that a replacement request would be reported to the central office. However, it has been about a week since that visit and there has been no clear progress. Whenever I inquire, I am only told that “the process is ongoing,” but no concrete information, result, or feedback is provided, and I cannot reach anyone who can offer a definitive solution. During this time, I have been left without a television even though the product is almost brand new and the problem clearly stems from a manufacturing defect. As a result of this complaint, I request that my television be immediately replaced with a new one without any loss of rights. If a replacement is not possible, I request a full refund and the cancellation of the purchase. I kindly ask for the process to be expedited and concluded as soon as possible.
