I purchased the Samsung Q80T 55-inch television for both personal and commercial use, but I have encountered serious issues. The screen frequently experiences freezing and color shifting, while the sound system shows consistent weakening and distortion. Additionally, due to software errors, applications freeze, and the device takes a long time to respond to the remote control. The customer service and repair process have also been unsatisfactory, which is affecting both my personal use and business activities. A product from a prestigious brand like Samsung is expected to meet high standards of quality and functionality, but this product is far from meeting those expectations. I request that these issues be resolved as soon as possible and that my device be fully functional.
