As the owner of a Samsung 65Q80B television, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received thus far. Recently, the frame's back began to open, and the color quality deteriorated. After waiting for quite some time despite opening multiple service records, the service finally arrived, but they left without leaving a service report. The service is even worse because it does not return calls or respond to messages. I've informed the Samsung center of this issue numerous times, but they've never paid any attention or provided any solutions. My question, as a longtime Samsung customer, is whether or not it's normal for the screen to look frosted when viewed from an angle, with colors looking dull and distant objects appearing stretched. Although I had high hopes and expectations when purchasing this TV, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Do I really have to accept that the Samsung I've come to know and love is a global brand that puts profit before customer satisfaction? Please take my issue seriously and respond quickly with a solution, Samsung.
