Citroën C3 Aircross Headlights Constantly Fogging After Only 300 km

I own a 2026 Citroën C3 Aircross and I noticed a fogging problem in both front headlights when the vehicle had only 300 km on it. The fogging occurs constantly, regardless of conditions such as rainy weather, sunny weather or high altitude, and it never clears up on its own, which leads me to believe this is not normal for a brand-new vehicle. I took my vehicle to Ordu Ateş Citroën authorized service and a record was opened for this issue. At the service they told me that this situation is normal for a new vehicle and that there is no impact, crack or breakage in the headlights. However, the persistent fogging in both front headlights makes me uneasy in terms of safety, usage comfort and the long‑term life of the headlights. I request that Citroën and Ordu Ateş Citroën service take my complaint seriously and replace both front headlights under warranty or provide a permanent solution that will eliminate this constant fogging problem. I kindly ask you to review the service record opened for this issue, evaluate my situation as a user of a brand-new vehicle, and inform me in writing about the action to be taken.
