Samsung Jet Combo Robot Vacuum Spins in Circles and Hits Walls
I purchased a Samsung Jet Combo robot vacuum cleaner about 7 months ago. For the past 2 months, the device has been spinning in circles, constantly bumping into walls, and is completely unusable. Despite resetting it multiple times, the issue has never been resolved.
I took the product to an authorized service center, where they initially proposed a part replacement, which I accepted. Later, I was told the part was unavailable and offered a brand-new replacement unit, which I also accepted. Today, however, they called to say they are now only offering a refund. As my legal right, I am demanding an exact replacement unit instead. All of my home appliances are Samsung brand, and I purchased this item during a promotional sale. In a period with such high inflation, offering only a refund of my original purchase price—when it's impossible for me to buy the same product at that price today—is completely unfair.
Even though it has only been 7 months since purchase, the product has proven to be defective. I demand either a brand-new replacement of equivalent specifications or a resolution that addresses my grievance in line with current market conditions. I request that the relevant departments quickly review this matter and contact me as soon as possible via phone at 0541********02 or by email at b**********@gmail.com.
