Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Returned Damaged After Three Warranty Repairs


I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which is a premium segment device, and sent it to the Ankara BDH Authorized Service under warranty on 19.12.2025. My phone has been to this authorized service three times, and each time it was returned to me with defects, to the point that the device has now been made almost unusable. During the first service, they did not only replace the screen, but also changed the motherboard, battery, screen, and both front and rear cameras, essentially disassembling the inside of the device and reassembling it from scratch. As a result of this heavy intervention, the factory IP68 water and dust resistance of the device was completely compromised. After this repair, the phone started to take in water and moisture in daily use, and the cameras began to fog up, whereas there had absolutely been no such problem before. Currently, there is a serious assembly defect on the edges of the screen; especially on the right side there is a noticeable gap, and dust and liquids can enter from this area. When I received the device back from the service, a black shadow appeared around the front camera, and there is dust, fingerprints and stains inside the rear cameras. The fact that there is dust and lint left inside the device clearly shows how careless and defective the assembly by the authorized service has been. Despite sending my phone to the Ankara BDH Authorized Service three times, none of these issues were resolved, and instead my device was effectively ruined. I called Samsung customer service, explained the entire situation and emphasized that I had already sent the phone three times. Nevertheless, they only asked me to send the device for a fourth time, which I do not find reasonable at this stage. From now on, I absolutely do not accept any further repair attempts. I request that my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra be replaced with a brand‑new device or that the current equivalent sales price of a new device be refunded to me. I do not accept that the workmanship defects and assembly errors of the authorized service are being passed on to me as the customer. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved urgently with a new device or a full refund corresponding to the current value.
