Samsung Galaxy M34 5G 128 GB Invoice Problem

Hello, I purchased a "Samsung Galaxy M34 5G 128 GB" phone from Samsung Turkey through Trendyol. Due to an error in entering the invoice details, and their subsequent refusal to correct it, I couldn't avail myself of state support related to the purchase. This has caused me a significant loss of ₺4500. I urgently demand the rectification of this issue. If that's not possible, they should compensate for my loss as it resulted from their own mistake.
