Samsung QE55QN85D Sound Loss and Missing Channels After TKGS Update
I have a Samsung QE55QN85DBTXTK television and after the TKGS update on 16 August I started to experience constant sound loss and missing channels. For the last five days the problem has not improved at all and the TV cannot be used properly. After the problem started, I tried TKGS automatic channel update and manual network scanning, but there was no change. The sound problem and missing channels are ongoing. My television is still under warranty. I contacted Samsung customer service about this issue, but I only received automatic replies via WhatsApp and no concrete support was provided. I live in Sakarya and I would like a solution to be provided for this general software-related problem and that a service be directed to me so that my device is checked and the necessary updates or repairs are carried out under warranty. I kindly request that my problem be examined, that information be given about the general software problem regarding TKGS, and that my television be made fully usable again as soon as possible.
