Samsung Delaying Promised Campaign Gift Phone

On 24 March 2026, I purchased two Samsung AR12TXHQBWKN air conditioners from the Adana Real Teknosa store within the scope of the “buy 2 air conditioners, get a phone as a gift” campaign. However, one of the air conditioners turned out to be defective, and during this process my campaign application was not approved, so I could not receive the promised gift phone. For the defective air conditioner, a product replacement was made after my meetings with the authorized service and the store. After that, the store directed me to a Samsung representative, Samsung directed me to the Adana regional responsible, and from there I was told to call the 444 77 11 line. For about three months, despite speaking many times, I have only been passed around and stalled, my campaign application still has not been approved, and no phone has been delivered to me. I request that the victimization I have experienced in this campaign, for which I have fulfilled all the conditions, be resolved, that my campaign approval be finalized without further delay, and that the promised gift phone be delivered to me completely and without any further issues.

No response was given; I will definitely never buy the product again, I will not order it again.

On March 24, 2026, I bought two air conditioners from the Adana Real Teknosa store; one turned out to be defective and I didn't receive the promotional phone. The authorized service and store exchanged the product, but my campaign application is still not approved and no communication has been made. This situation has left me disadvantaged, and I am awaiting a solution.
