Samsung Z Fold 4 Screen Cracks on Opening – Warranty Denied, Service Fails

I'm having a difficult time with my Samsung Z Fold 4. When I open and close the screen, it cracks, but Samsung refuses to honor the warranty. After two weeks, the service team is still giving me the runaround. The service process itself takes only 15 seconds to determine the cracked screen issue, and repairs cost a whopping 15,150. Ebru Electronics, which bills itself as the fastest service provider, charges nearly 40,000 for a temporary phone replacement and does not even provide a loaner. I am very annoyed and require immediate assistance and a resolution. This is not only a financially draining situation, but it is also very upsetting in terms of customer service and the warranty process. It's time for Samsung to step up and make things right for your customers.
