Samsung AR12BXCABWK/SK Air Conditioner Repair Severely Delayed
On 2 June 2026, my Samsung AR12BXCABWK/SK air conditioner, which was malfunctioning, was taken by the authorized service for repair. However, although nearly a month has passed, my product has still not been delivered back to me. During this period I contacted the service many times, but each time I was asked to wait with different explanations and I was not given any clear delivery date. They have never provided a definite timeframe for when the repair would be completed. Because of this delay, especially in the summer months, I have been seriously aggrieved and have not been able to use the product I purchased. I also contacted Samsung customer service apart from the local service, but I did not get any concrete result and the process has continued in the same uncertain way. I find it unacceptable that the repair period of a product takes this long and that the customer is not regularly informed. I request that my grievance be remedied as soon as possible, that my air conditioner be delivered to me without further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided about the process and the reasons for this long delay.
