Samsung Air Conditioner Installation Service Delay Issue

I bought a Samsung air conditioner on June 11, 2024. I made a service appointment, and it's set for July 4, 2024. They are unwilling to speed up or redirect to another service. All they ever do is make excuses about being too busy. Does Samsung plan ahead for increased summer demand and make arrangements for additional services? Is it wise to rely solely on selling the product and leaving the rest to chance? I need help right away.
