Samsung AC Installation Failure

I live in Edirne Keşan, and I scheduled an appointment for Samsung AC installation with Ugur Elektronik Service on Saturday, July 22, 2023, through their customer service. However, I've been trying to reach Ugur Elektronik since Friday, but their phone lines are always busy. Nobody answered, and I couldn't reach anyone. This is very aggravating! A reputable company like Samsung would be expected to find a solution to this situation and ensure that their authorized service providers, such as Ugur Elektronik, do not leave customers stranded. It's disheartening to see such a lack of responsiveness from a company that Samsung endorses. I sincerely hope that Samsung takes note of this problem and addresses it as soon as possible so that their customers are not inconvenienced. Similarly, I implore Ugur Elektronik to improve their customer service and avoid further inconvenience to those who rely on them.
