Samsung 55TU8500 Model TV Panel Issue Post-Warranty

Ever since my Samsung 55TU8500 Model TV warranty expired, I've been dealing with a recurring panel problem (Samsung Tizen - Panel malfunction). The screen keeps flickering, and it looks like a lot of people are dealing with the same issue. It's clear that this is a long-standing problem, but official service centers won't admit it and ask for expensive repair costs. It's pretty crazy that a lot of people have this issue right after their warranty runs out. We want a solution to our complaints and will take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board with legal representation if needed.
