I’ve been struggling with a persistent issue on my Samsung VR7000M robot vacuum—it constantly displays a “Clean the cliff sensor” error, even though I’ve thoroughly cleaned it multiple times.

I’ve used both dry and damp cloths to wipe down the sensors. I’ve even disassembled and cleaned every part of the vacuum, including the interior, to make sure nothing is obstructing the system. Despite all this, the same error keeps showing up and the device won’t operate properly. This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since it’s not caused by user neglect. I followed every troubleshooting step I could find, and still, the vacuum refuses to function as expected.
